From the perspective of your built asset development project and its future operation, we ensure that the Building Information Modelling data are optimally aligned with the defined requirements across the different phases of the built asset lifecycle. In doing so we place special emphasis on ensuring documentation of the as-planned and as-built data.
The key factor is to create a data model that is efficient to use and resource-efficient to maintain in all phases of planning, construction and operations. Last but not least, we also specify the requirements in terms of existing systems and CREM/FM processes and roles with regard to implementation of the BIM data.
