BIM management and information management

Acting in the capacity of BIM information manager or in the wider role of BIM manager, we represent you and your interests as owner and operator with regard to implementation of BIM methodology in a project. This includes ensuring that the BIM execution plan (BEP) is implemented, performing quality assurance of the BIM data and models, and carrying out the client tasks in the BIM project on your behalf.

• Support in ensuring project compliance with the specified BIM requirements
• Oversight and quality assurance regarding implementation and further development of the BEP
• Support with quality assurance of BIM data and models from the owner and operator perspective
• Support with BIM project management
• Detailed specification of data requirements from the owner and operator perspective
• Support in ensuring models and data are in place for handover to operations
