The resource management concept sets out how the operational plan is to be implemented, and, first and foremost, by whom. Here we look at all possible technical, infrastructural and commercial aspects, but we also consider tactical remits such as facility and change management, operator responsibility and asset value maintenance, or implementation of a smart building concept.
