We help you perform a communications analysis for your organisation as the basis for a space allocation plan tailored to the specific needs of your enterprise. We work with you in a participatory process to develop a new activity-based workspace concept. The outcome of this process is a user requirements specification (= activity analysis + profiles, set of activity modules, functional floor plan). Depending on the type of property in question (existing building, new build or new rental premises) we work with you to plan the overall and detailed layouts, together with a rough occupancy plan.
