1. Your Application

You are interested in working at M.O.O.CON? We’re excited to hear that!

Here you can find all our current vacancies. If you find a job that suits you, please apply online through our career portal! If you don’t find a position that matches your profile, get in touch with us via this Link.

2. What happens next

We will get back to you reliably within one week of receiving your application. For an initial introduction, we will invite you to a virtual interview. This is primarily to explore how we might be a good fit together, understand what drives you, and discuss what we can offer you.

In the second step, we would like to deepen the introduction—ideally in person. We would be happy to show you our office and the way we work. You will also get the chance to meet more of your future colleagues and experience a bit of M.O.O.CON. During this exchange, we will explore how our passions and values align, what you bring to the table, and you can see how we operate.

3. Your start at M.O.O.CON

Once we’ve agreed to move forward, we will begin preparing your onboarding. You will receive all the information about your first day approximately one week before your start date. The onboarding plan will outline what to expect in your first few weeks at M.O.O.CON.

From your first day, your personal buddy will guide you through the onboarding process. This will help you to quickly become familiar with our values, procedures, and M.O.O.CON culture.

  • At M.O.O.CON, we support your professional and personal development, benefiting both you and the company as a whole.
  • Our bespoke Competency Map outlines the key social, methodological, and content-related skills essential for our business. It helps us in implementing our strategy, living our values, and provides guidance for individual development.
  • We embrace various learning methods, whether through our daily project work, interactions with colleagues, or traditional workshops. Our Learning Map offers a comprehensive range of social and professional training and is updated annually.
  • At least twice a year, we discuss your development goals and review your development plan together.
